Alright, lets get down to the resume stuff. Here is the type of person I am looking to attract into my group and whom I believe will be successful:

• Someone who is, AT MINIMUM, seriously interested in making $5,000 or more a month in residual income. 
• Someone who has a burning desire and who has a level of commitment that recognizes “failure” is not an option. 
• Someone who is coachable, trainable and understands the power of duplication, to keep things simple and to not want to do things “their way” by reinventing the wheel. 
• Someone who is enthusiastic, determined, and passionate enough to be willing to step into their dreams. Dreams that are so large that they have to live into them. 
• Someone who is understands that “selling is giving” and you must “give in order to get”. That part of giving is being part of the team, who all share and support each other towards their common goals. 
• At least 18 years of age 

Being a part of the team means you will be self employed and along with that comes responsibility to fulfill your own expectations and the expectations of your team. You will not be alone however, for each individual has an upline for accountability and support to lean on.

Not everybody will fit the above mold exactly and I’m sure you have never even considered some of those attributes as a qualification -- primarily because they are all states of mind. They are all forms of attitude - the attitude and demeanor of a winner.
